Funding and growth for game studios.
I help indie and mid-size studios get funded, validate their market, and scale. Fifteen-plus years turning ambitious companies into scaled ones across tech and industry, now all-in on games.
Great games die from business problems, not bad gameplay.
Most studios are brilliant at making games and under-equipped for the rest: finding the money, proving the market, landing the right publisher, turning contacts into deals. That is exactly the part I have run, sixty-plus times, for companies that went from garage to scale.
Runway is short and funding is a maze.
You are not sure the market wants this, at this price.
Launch and platform strategy is guesswork.
Publisher and partner talks stall.
Four ways I move your studio forward.
Funding
Public game funds (Creative Europe MEDIA up to 200K€ at 60%, VAF Gamefonds, Wallimage, screen.brussels), the Belgian Tax Shelter for video games, and private capital (angels, VC, strategic). I build the blended stack and run the dossiers, aligned to your milestones.
Market study
Sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and genre dynamics, competitor and comparable-titles mapping, player and customer research, pricing and monetization models.
Go-to-market
Positioning and messaging, platform and channel strategy (Steam, console, mobile, stores), launch plan and wishlist or community runway, publisher and platform partnerships.
Business development
Publisher and platform deals, strategic partnerships and co-production, licensing, porting and IP deals, pipeline, negotiation and closing.
A growth operator who actually grew up in games.

I am an engineer and consultant by background, and for years a European Commission Expert Evaluator. I have spent my career turning ambitious companies into businesses that scale, across deep tech, AI, industry, telecom and life sciences. Underneath, the work is always the same: I find the money, prove the market, build the commercial engine, and close the partnerships that change a company's trajectory. That maps straight onto a game studio.
On funding, I design and run the full stack: non-dilutive subsidies and public grants on one side, dilutive rounds with angels and VCs on the other, and the blended structures in between. I have secured major public, non-dilutive funding for R&D-heavy companies, taken products from a single home market to a presence across dozens of countries, rebuilt commercial engines that had stalled, and grown revenue through sharper sales and go-to-market. For a studio, that means runway you do not have to bleed for, a launch that actually lands, and deals that close. Funding, market, go-to-market, business development: that is what I bring.
Numbers, and people who vouch for me.
